Seattle String Ensemble ~ Sample Contract ~
This CONTRACT for the services of Seattle String Ensemble is made this _________day of_________________, 2008, between the undersigned purchaser of music (herein called purchaser) and the undersigned musicians of Seattle String Ensemble.

4. Type of Engagement: _Wedding__________________________________________
5. Agreed Upon Compensation:______________________________________________ Overtime : $65 per hour per person calculated in one-hour increments. Cancellation requires one-month notice or full balance due.
6. Purchaser Will Make Payment As Follows: $50 with contract and balance due two weeks prior to engagement.
7. If out doors, purchaser will provide shelter/shade for the performer(s) and instrument(s). Sustained direct sun or precipitation are damaging elements to the instrument(s) and equipment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE HEREUNTO SET THEIR NAMES AND SEALS ON THE DAY AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
